• Thoughts are OK
    • You’re going to have thoughts. Focus your attention on the thing you’re focused on-your breath, a mantra, etc.
  • Don’t try to hard
    • It is as easy as breathing
  • Let go of expectations
    • There is no right or wrong way
  • Be Kind to yourself
    • This is time to give to yourself to “just be”
  • Stick with it
    • Like any practice some days are better than others and that is ok-just keep at it!
