I’m a mom of 4 children and a sales executive with more than 20 years in corporate America with a goal of maintaining a happy & loving home for my family. While this a wonderful goal, many times I found myself falling short. Several years ago when my youngest child headed off to college I realized that not only was I overworked, stressed out, the queen of multi-tasking and not very happy with where I was in my life. So, by some interesting coincidences I had the great fortune to be able to attend an event at the Chopra Center with Deepak Chopra and learned how to meditate. Now I have been meditating for a number of years and it is an important practice that I have integrated into my daily life. Through the practice of meditation, I have gained a greater sense of meaning & purpose, the ability to focus on the present moment more often, and have reacted less & respond more thoughtfully to a variety of life situations. Meditation has assisted in lowering my stress level and has given me more energy and happiness as I happily embrace this next phase of my life. I am excited to share the gift of meditation with others. It is a priceless and unending beautiful surprise that I am constantly learning more from through the practice.
